Shipping policy
At Dollybird, each piece is made with care, and good things take time. From our hands to yours, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be lovingly prepared and packaged before it ships.
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping: Available with delivery times varying by destination
All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Orders ship within 1-3 business days of cleared payment, and are shipped with Dollybird's signature yellow and blue box. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Katie Johansson’s Dollybird is no longer responsible for the package or additional taxes such as VAT. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal service or carrier directly. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office, as packages are sometimes held or delivered to nearby addresses by mistake. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small artisan studio!
